2. Product Information

  • We strive to display accurate images, colors, and descriptions of all products. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of some rugs.

  • All dimensions are approximate, and minor discrepancies may exist.

  • Product availability is subject to change, and we do not guarantee stock availability at all times.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Any additional charges (such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees) for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide shipping across Canada with estimated delivery times varying by location.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size and destination of the order.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, courier issues, customs clearance, or strikes.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

  • If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for carrier mishandling.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the rug is unused and in its original packaging and condition.

  • Custom-made, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.

  • If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the customer must follow the return process.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to out-of-stock items, suspected fraudulent activity, or errors in pricing).

7. Warranty & Quality Assurance

  • All products are inspected for quality before shipment.

  • We do not offer warranties unless explicitly stated on the product page.

  • Rugs should be handled with care and maintained according to care instructions provided.
